Ask HN: How did you do your Clickwrap agreement?

I want to release an end to end encrypted (i.e all data stored on server is encrypted with a private key only stored on device) personal finance tool with a light subscription fee.

I wanted to know if you had any experience with the process of writing a clickwrap for such businesses.
