An inbox agent might sort requests and draft replies. A reporting agent prepares summaries from approved sources. A follow-up agent tracks outstanding requests. A coordinator handles dependencies and brings decisions back to the owner; it cannot approve restricted actions itself.
The engineering work is in the boundaries: what data each agent can read, what output it must produce, where it hands off and when it must stop for review. I start with a single workflow, test sample work and check failure cases before connecting more systems.
My background combines 25+ years of customer-facing technical support with full-stack development, cybersecurity and custom language models. HeshBot, my self-hosted website chatbot, is one example of that work, not a claim that every business integration is already available.
AI can make mistakes. Emails, public posts, spending and deletion need explicit owner approval. A useful workflow should be easy to inspect and pause.
