I use the Dioxus framework (https://dioxuslabs.com/) for a web front-end, but rust-analyzer and my compiler seem to struggle noticeably with the macros. i.e. deleting a single line of unused code takes several seconds to update, meanwhile the diagnostic stays visible.
Does anyone have experience with this kind of problems here? I would be very glad about some recommendations
