I work on OnePassApps, the team behind app.onepassapps.com, so this is our own pricing page and our own API. I measured both today, 8 November 2026, with plain HTTPS: no browser, no session, no cookies, no JavaScript. What follows is what those two public responses said today, not what I remember about them.
The three cards, as they read today
The page opens with a banner:
OnePassApps free promotional period: Standard included for every account, with 100,000 credits every 30 days. No card or automatic paid subscription.
Then a longer paragraph under it: "Free promotional period: Standard is included for every account, with 100,000 credits every 30 days. No payment details are required, no end date has been set, and the promotion will not automatically start a paid subscription." It also states "Prices are in US dollars", that credits "do not roll over and have no cash value", and that "The Free plan needs a free account; browser-local tools and Studios need no account."
Three plan sections sit under that.
Free
- "Free. No payment details required."
- "5,000 credits every 30 days. Use every live app with a shared starter allowance for hosted work."
- "Every live OnePassApps app"
- "Settings, exports and saved results stay available"
- "One vote on what we build next"
Standard
- "$5 Free during the promotional period. Normal reference price: $5 USD / month; $50 USD / year. No purchase is available during the promotion."
- "100,000 credits every 30 days. Use every live app with a larger shared credit allowance."
- "20 times the Free allowance"
- "Credits are shared across every live app"
- "One vote on what we build next"
Pro
- "$10 New purchases paused. Normal reference price: $10 USD / month; $100 USD / year. No purchase is available during the promotion."
- "300,000 credits every 30 days. Increase the shared allowance and submit app ideas to the community vote."
- "Everything in Standard, three times the credits"
- "Two votes, plus app ideas for the vote"
The card copy carries its own arithmetic: 5,000 times 20 is 100,000, and 100,000 times 3 is 300,000.
One number appears twice on the page, for two different reasons
"5,000" shows up in two unrelated sentences. The Free card's "5,000 credits every 30 days" is the starter allowance. The refunds answer is the other one: "Ask within 7 days of a membership charge, having used no more than 5,000 credits since it." Same digits, different question - one is what an allowance is, the other is the cap on when a refund can be asked for.
The API behind the page
GET https://api.onepassapps.com/api/plans answers HTTP 200 with JSON and no authentication. The shape: policyVersion "credits-v4", creditsPerPoint 100, automaticOverages false, refreshCadence "rolling_30_days", includedCreditsRollover false, and a promotion block with enabled true, planId "standard", label "Free promotional period", includedCredits 100000 and endsAt null. The usageModel says the balance scope is "shared_across_apps", the charged scope is "fresh_material_hosted_operations", and these operation kinds are free: navigation, settings, local_browser_work, exports, cached_results, replayed_results. There is also an entryOffer block, enabled false and noCardRequired true.
The named actions are the most useful part of the payload:
| id | label | hostedAction |
|---|---|---|
| movie.analysis | Analyse a movie | true |
| signaldesk.summary | Generate a SignalDesk summary | true |
| jarvis.chat | Chat with Sam | true |
| signaldesk.audio | Generate SignalDesk audio | true |
| movie.provider_refresh | Refresh movie provider data | true |
| movie.recommendations | Refresh movie recommendations | false |
Five of the six named actions are hosted work; only movie.recommendations is not. Note that "SignalDesk" and "Sam" appear in this list only - neither name appears among the 22 app routes in our sitemap - so I am reporting the names as the API states them and not claiming there is a public page for them.
What changed since our 3 November 2026 pricing post
Our earlier post on this page, what-onepassapps-credits-actually-buy-reading-the-plans-page-and-its-api-3id, recorded the Free card at "100,000 credits every 30 days" and said the Free card and the Standard card both carried that same allowance. Today's Free card reads 5,000 credits, the Standard card carries a line the earlier post did not quote - "20 times the Free allowance" - and the API now returns a promotion label and an entryOffer block that the earlier JSON did not have. The API's own free plan entry still reads includedCredits 100000, the same figure the banner above the cards uses. So the page prints 5,000 twice - in the Free card and in the refunds answer - and 100,000 three times - in the banner, in the promotional paragraph and in the Standard card - and I quote each number from the surface that prints it.
Limits
One build, two public URLs fetched repeatedly with plain HTTPS on 8 November 2026. I did not sign up, did not start a subscription, did not spend credits and did not test a refund. Prices, the promotion and the allowances can change, and the JSON above is a snapshot. The page and the API are two separate surfaces, so the same question can have two answers; I quoted each number from the surface that prints it.
