What is INCEPTRIX 3.0?

INCEPTRIX is an innovation-driven hackathon designed to bring together aspiring innovators, developers, designers, and problem-solvers to address real-world challenges through technology.

Building on the success of its previous editions, INCEPTRIX 3.0 continues its journey of encouraging creativity, interdisciplinary collaboration, and practical technological innovation.

  • INCEPTRIX 1.0 (2025): 500+ applicants from 27 states, with 100 innovators selected.
  • INCEPTRIX 2.0 (2026): 700+ team registrations, with 100 teams shortlisted for the final 24-hour hackathon.
  • INCEPTRIX 3.0 (2027): A new edition with a total prize pool of ₹2,50,000!

Two Rounds. One Innovation Journey.

INCEPTRIX 3.0 follows a structured two-round selection process.

Round 1 – Online Idea & Prototype Submission

1 November – 24 December 2026

This is where your innovation journey begins.

Register your team and submit an innovative idea through a structured presentation covering:

  • Problem statement and identification.
  • Proposed solution and its uniqueness.
  • Technology stack and tools.
  • Technical feasibility and implementation approach.
  • Potential real-world impact.

Your submission will be evaluated by the jury based on innovation, originality, relevance, and technical feasibility.

ROUND 1 REGISTRATION IS ABSOLUTELY FREE – ₹0!

No payment is required for initial registration, idea submission, or evaluation.

Round 2 – On-Ground Final Hackathon

19–20 February 2027 | Bengaluru

The shortlisted teams from Round 1 advance to the on-ground finale at JAIN (Deemed-to-be-University), Bengaluru.

Get ready to demonstrate your technical capabilities, develop and refine your solutions, collaborate with your teammates, and present your work before the jury.

Important: Only shortlisted teams qualifying for Round 2 are required to pay a participation fee of ₹1,000 per team to confirm their participation in the final round.

Finalist Announcement: 10 January 2027

Final Round Registration: 11–20 January 2027
