Hello, what setup do you use?

Are there any prompts you've found extremely useful to learn new topics as a self-learner? Let's say you're trying to learn a new math or a CS concept, what's your process? Do you talk to AI? Or do you generate a tutorial first?

What prompts have you found useful?

I've been asking AI to generate tutorials about new topics I intend to learn but often it makes things more complex or at least I feel that way. I wonder if my prompts are ineffective?
